PDL Application Competitor - Vron Virtuoso

My –badly– drawn entry for #PKMN-DreamLabs ;A;

I wanted to get this done before I got on the plane yesterday (without my precious graphics tablet - *SNIFF* )… and, because a had a few things to do/chase- I only had about 2 hours yesterday morning to draw the art, think of the moves, and sigh dramatically- because I could upload to STASH and write all this today!

Luckily, I can update the art in the future! When I get back! ;3;

Vron Virtuoso

Childhood: Born in Blackthorn, Johto, Vron wasn’t allowed to go on her journey until she was 16. It made her more wild and crazy for adventure, so when she got started on her journey, nothing could stop her. From that point, Vron has joined countless Tournaments, travelled almost every region, and made many friends, pokemon and human alike. She is also known for the saxophone she carries; she loves music, and so do her pokemon.

Lead Up to DreamLabs: Vron has been, spending the last year, keeping under the radar. She’s been hiding on obscure islands, asking good friends to take care of her pokemon…! And it’s all starting to wear her thin… Finding out about Oneirus Labs, it’s free accommodation, food and DreamWorld travel--- sounded like- well… a dream. But Vron is tired, and she needs to take her mind of what’s inevitably coming…

Personality: Vron is a very kind, light-hearted young woman. She’s young at heart, loves to joke and tease. But due to events in her life, she has been forced to be very wary of others, often keeping them at arms length, while keeping up a smile…

Strangers Beware: Vron will judge you on the spot, so if you want her attentions, you’ll have to prove to her that you mean her and her mon no harm. As soon as Vron befriends you, she will trust you to the moon and back, and will help you if you’re ever in need.

POKEMON

Cy: Often found on Vron’s shoulders, Cy is a powerful, grumpy ball of fur. He’s tough as nails and hates strangers more than he does most things. He’s blinded in one eye, but has discovered strategies to compensate for them. He’s often underestimated, because of his species, type and handicap, but his foes often realise their mistake when he’s slashing them to pieces. Cy’s weakness is his anger; if it gets the best of him, it can be (but it isn’t always) his ruining…

Splash: Vron’s starter and long-time friend. Splash is a humorous, cheeky feraligatr. He trusts others more easily than Vron does, but he understands more than anyone why his trainer changed overnight. He’s highly protective, almost to the point that any aggression towards Vron or his team will set him off. On that note: he’s strong and relies heavily on power-based moves, and he’s not particularly good at problem solving (that’s what Vron is for!), and can get confused easily.

Syren: Syren is a new addition to Vron’s team. In a strange, round-about-way, Vron’s original Gardevoir, Nymph fell in love with a Gallade, owned by a psychic specialist Vron met over the last year. Not wanting to keep the pair apart, Vron traded with the specialist, and for Nymph, received Syren, a male Gardevoir. Syren is still unused to Vron, but understands she already cares a lot for him, so he’s trying his best to help her. He’s a quiet, but caring pokemon at heart, and has grown particularly attached to Cy, although no-one, including Cy, seems to understand why… Syren’s weakness involves his highly empathetic nature and his inability to control all of his power just yet, as a result he is able to sense other’s pain, and it distracts him in and out of battle.
